A structured conversation that turns thinking into a report.

Varpu does not assess, score or filter anyone. It interviews and reports. Personal data is removed from reports, and the structure is designed around the GDPR and the EU AI Act.

Conversations are available in six languages in addition to Finnish, so Varpu works where people are: in employment services, integration, youth work and support for small business owners.

Plain-language help with understanding forms and service interactions.

Lomaketulkki helps users understand what a form field asks, why the information is needed and how to approach an answer. Its goal is to reduce errors, make it easier to ask for help and support independent access to services.

Within projects, Lomaketulkki can serve as a practical digital support service in areas such as social services, education, employment and integration.

Lomaketulkki speaks languages and understands bureaucracy

Finland is a wonderful country. Yet few people come here for the richness of its grammatical cases — a functioning society and modern services are more appealing. In the video, José, who speaks only Spanish, builds a lakeside cottage on his own, navigating Finnish building permit bureaucracy.
